19 Engineers serve those in need with Mizzou Alternative Breaks

During breaks, groups of Mizzou students volunteer in various places in need nationwide as part of Mizzou Alternative Breaks. The programs focus on service in 14 key areas: animals, disabilities, disaster relief, education, environmental issues, Habitat for Humanity, health, homelessness and poverty, indigenous peoples, LGBTQ advocacy, refugee and immigration services, women’s advocacy, and youth empowerment.

19 Mizzou Engineering students took part over their spring break last week. These students are tremendous examples of MU Engineering’s tradition of educating future engineering leaders, and they are:
